Rude receptionist
Over the course of a month I called 3 or 4 times and could never get through I emailed twice and never received a response. My partner is already a patient with them so when he went in, he asked on my behalf and mentioned i was waiting a response. The receptionist was absolutely vile to him and rude, shouting at him for asking on behalf of another patient and that they arent currently accepting new patients which is why i didnt receive a response. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
