Kicked me off the list

They kicked me off the nhs list with no warning at all, apparently they dont need to warn you and its "the individuals responsibility", meant to be a caring profession, I hadnt gone for 3 years because I was run into the ground in my own job and had no time or energy to look after myself, receptionist was very rude.
