Can't comment on clinical work as appt was cancelled but the money requested upfront when booking was really REALLY difficult to have refunded by management at the practice who over a number of weeks seemed happy for reception staff to issue an array of excuses for them being either absent or busy elsewhere until warned of escalation outside. Really poor responses in this regard to resolve so be wary of making such payments as might cause you a lot of subsequent wasted effort if your situation changes.
