Extremely disappointing experience with Shivaranjni Kuleskaran. My daughter suffered for weeks while her dental condition worsened, and three weeks were wasted. Despite submitting a formal complaint, the surgery has failed to respond. The lack of care, communication and accountability is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant NHS authorities. Patients deserve better.
